Year 5 Romeo and Juliet Performance
November 2011
On 1st November the Year 5 children put on a fantastic performance of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet as part of the annual Shakespeare's School Festival. The performance received great praise from the organisers:
"The young cast absolutely rose to the occassion and delivered the difficult Shakesperian text beautifully and confidently. They had a great command of the language, were clear and articulate, and communicated the story very powerfully to the audience."
Congratulations Year 5 and their wonderful teachers Clair, Eugene and Julia who worked so hard to make this such a success!
